Construction of $50 Million Rosina Foods Facility to Begin
Construction has commenced on a new build $50 Million production/warehouse/logistics facility for international specialty food distributor Rosina Foods. The 110,000SF project located in West Seneca, NY will include office, manufacturing, packing, dry storage and transport/loading dock areas. CMC was engaged by the construction lender syndicate to perform upfront plan review and cost analysis, monthly site inspections and progress monitoring services.
Work Continues on $60MM 201 Ellicott Street Apartments
Work continues to progress on the 201 Ellicott Street project located in the financial district of Buffalo, NY. The 7-story, $60MM project will include a 195,000 SF residential building containing 200 residential units and an adjacent 18,000 SF retail space to be occupied by Braymiller Market. The project will bring additional affordable housing to the downtown core of Buffalo, with all 200 units available at 50-80% AMI. CMC was engaged by both the construction lender and equity fund investor to provide an upfront project plan review and cost analysis, as well as monthly site inspections and ongoing construction progress monitoring services.

Work will commence shortly on the $15M Villa Maria Senior Apartments project located in the Buffalo suburb of Cheektowaga, NY. The 5-story former school building will be fully renovated and provide a total of 66 senior apartment units. CMC has been retained by the construction lender and the tax credit equity investor to perform an upfront plan review and cost analysis, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
$65MM Renovation to Begin on Glen Falls, NY Apartments
Renovation work will begin shortly on three (3) apartment towers located in upstate New York in the Town of Glens Falls. The $65MM project will consist of the rehabilitation of a total of 306 units in three separate multi-story structures. These units serve the local senior population with incomes at or below 50% of the area median. CMC has been retained by the construction lender and the tax credit equity investor to perform ASTM property condition assessments for each tower, an upfront project plan and cost review analysis, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services
$16M Camillus Heights project started in Syracuse, NY
Work has commenced on the $16M Camillus Heights, a new senior housing project located outside Syracuse, NY. The new build 3-story project will be constructed on a vacant 8-acre site and will consist of 60 low-income senior apartments. CMC has been retained by the construction lender and the tax credit equity investor to perform an upfront plan and cost review analysis, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
$20M conversion of Public School 75 in Buffalo, NY to start
The $20M conversion of Public School 75 in Buffalo, NY is scheduled to start shortly. The re-use project will convert the former school into 60 income restricted residential units. The $25M luxury apartment project is being built on a 20 acre site and will include 17 buildings and a total of 117 units. Manufacturers Hanover in Olean, NY to Undergo $12M Renovation
After sitting vacant for nearly 25 years, the 105 year old Manufacturers Hanover Bank Building in Olean, NY is set to undergo a $12M renovation. Work will soon commence on the $10 million renovation of Thurston Road Apartments in Rochester, New York. The project includes the acquisition and substantial rehabilitation of four distressed apartment buildings This project will ensure their continued affordability for households with incomes ranging from 40% of AMI to 60% of AMI. In addition, 20 of the 63 units will be set aside for supportive housing of homeless individuals with a history of substance abuse in partnership with Spiritus Christi Prison Outreach.
