Work is set to begin on a $15MM 128-unit senior housing complex in Meadville, PA (north of Pittsburgh).  CMC is pleased to be selected to assist with this project. CMC will be providing upfront plan review and cost analysis as well as on-going construction monitoring services and progress reporting for this new senior housing option located in western PA.
