The $56.6 million acquisition and rehabilitation of the 320-unit Cedars of Chili apartment complex is now complete. The 18-month project included the full renovation of kitchens and bathrooms, replacement of HVAC systems, roofs, windows, patios and decks in all units at the 60 building complex situated on a 33-acre site. CMC represented the equity investor providing plan review, cost analysis and construction progress monitoring services.
