Construction of the $25MM Riverwalk Apartment project is underway. The complex located on Court street in Rochester, New York will feature 125 luxury residential units and 10,000sf of ground floor retail space.  CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide plan, doc and cost review analysis as well as monthly site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
