The $12MM Mosaic Village project broke ground recently. The complex,  located on Ontario Street in the Town of Cohoes (north of Albany) New York, will provide 68 units of supportive housing for the community.  The first floor of the mixed-use building will contain job training and placement offices, along with services that support individuals with disabilities.  CMC was engaged to represent the construction lender to provide plan and doc review, cost analysis as well as site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
