Work is nearing completion on the $12MM Independence  Apartment complex in Eastland Park, MO.  The project will provide 128 apartment units for seniors. CMC was engaged to represent the construction lender to provide plan and doc review, cost analysis as well as site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
