Construction will begin shortly on the new $24MM Washington Square Apartment complex in Sewell, NJ. The 128-unit senior housing project will be part of the larger Washington Square mixed-use development situated on 35 acres which will include 10,000 SF of retail space, a medical building, entertainment space and up to 400 housing units. CMC was engaged to provide plan and doc review, budget/cost analysis as well as monthly construction progress monitoring services.
